Starting services can feel complicated. Serene Behavioral Center helps families understand the next steps for pursuing individualized, in-home ABA therapy. Step 1 — Contact Us. A parent, caregiver, or referring professional can reach Serene Behavioral Center through the website or by phone or email. Step 2 — Insurance Verification. The team reviews coverage and explains relevant eligibility and authorization requirements. The insurance plans currently listed by Serene are Medical Assistance (Minnesota Medicaid), Hennepin Health, and UCare. Please contact us to confirm participation and coverage for your specific plan. Step 3 — Assessment and Eligibility Review. If a child needs a Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Evaluation (CMDE) or another required assessment, we can discuss available options and help families understand the next steps. Families who already have an assessment are welcome to reach out. Step 4 — Individualized Treatment Planning. Once eligibility and authorization requirements are met, our clinical team works with the family to develop a plan based on the child's strengths and needs. Step 5 — Begin In-Home Services. Our team works with the child and caregivers at home, focusing on meaningful skills and monitoring progress. Every family's situation is different. Contact us to ask questions about availability, insurance verification, assessments, or referrals. Please do not send sensitive medical details through a general contact form.
